• The company is a running Petro-Chemical (Ethanol / Specialised Chemicals) manufacturing unit located at Satara in Maharashtra. The manufacturing plant is located at Satara in Maharashtra.
• The Raw material for Ethanol would be Specialized Denatured Spirit (R.S).
• For manufacturing the Specialised Chemicals the raw material will vary according to the products and for Specialized Solvents raw material is purchased from GAIL India L.T.D.
• The Ethanol Manufacturing unit is in SS-304. The capacity is 9lakh Litres per Month, (This includes all the P/M related to Ethanol, Storage capacity of 10lakh litres of Ethanol, Boiler (mfr by Elite Thermal 3 ton 10 kg Pressure baggase fired). The Plant and Machinery are in very good condition.
• The second manufacturing plant is a Multi-utility Chemical Plant. It is in SS-316, (This includes P/M related to MUP, 3lakh litres storage capacity, Furnace Oil Boiler 4 Kcal). This plant is just a year old.

• The Mineral Soda was launched in 1998 when all major players in the market were using glass bottle for soda.
• With 160 distributors and 7 Clearing and Forwarding Agents spread over 7 States viz. Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Uttaranchal, National Capital Territory of Delhi and Union Territory of Chandigarh, the Company claims to be the largest selling mineral soda company in North India.
• In order to meet its requirement for PET Performs used for bottles and CSD Closures, the Company decided to develop an in-house import division instead of relying on the local suppliers.
• Generally, soda is made from ordinary or filtered water but this brand is made from the water that is treated to make it low in TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) by removal of undesired hard minerals. It is then blended and chilled for effective carbonation. The carbonated water is then filled into bottles.
  The supervisor checks the quality of soda by maintaining the pressure of CO2 and also by tasting the soda. Soda bottles are then inspected through illuminated light to check for any kind of impurity that might have moved in to the liquid. Bottles, after inspection, are capped. The bottles are then tested for leakage and are sent to the soaking bay where they are kept for at least 72 hours for any kind of deformity, leakage, ballooning, bursting. Thereafter, the bottles are labeled. The labeled bottles are kept in trays for shrink-wrapping.
• From a single member family, the Mineral Soda brand today has grown to a tribe of big and small members: Party 1.5 litre, Jumbo 2 litre, Mini 400 ml, Regular 600 ml.
• With a view to exploring new possibilities, the innovative leaders of the team have now introduced a flavoured Mineral Soda brand without sugar.

The Unique Selling Propositions are:
• No deposit to retailer for the safe return of bottle as is the case for glass bottles.
• Disposable nature of product makes it the most convenient companion of travelers who had either to wait at some place or deposit the security.
• PP Caps have replaced crown caps making it easier to recap the bottle for reuse again.
• Corrugated trays along with shrink pouch replace wooden or plastic crates and are disposable in nature.
• Because of throwaway nature, and new bottle sourced every time makes it is easier to control the impurities.

The deal can be in two ways:
• Composite, which means land, building, plant and machinery on 'as-is-where-is-basis'. The area of both factories are 2000 sq.yards and the built-up area details are 3600 sq. ft. office and with RCC and 6100 sq.ft. in shed. The expected price is Rs.1.5 crores inclusive of all present liabilities of the firm etc. or Rs.1.30 crores without bank and hidden liabilities.

• 2 X 50 TPD Sponge Iron Plant of TGS & B.K.Engineering-make is in excellent running condition. Similarly the Induction Furnace of Electrotherm-make for manufacture of Ingots is also in running condition with full capacity utilization.
• Sponge Iron unit was commissioned in the year 2000 and Ingots unit in the year 1997.
• Sponge Iron unit is having Coal Linkage with CCL for 38,400MT p.a.
• Power supply connection for both the units is arranged from Jharkhand State Electricity Board and the power supply in Industrial Area is excellent.
• Both the units are complying with Pollution norms to the satisfaction of the Board officials.
• Both the units do not have any Term Loan liability with any financial institution. Only Cash Credit limits against inventories are availed.
• No other Government or statutory liabilities exist for both the units.
• Sponge Iron Plant has a concrete road for movement of vehicles & materials handlings.
• As our Group is engaged in major expansion programme in other region, full attention could not be paid to these well-run units for the sustenance of excellent performance hence are being disposed off.

• The plant is located at Vishwakarma Industrial Area, Jaipur, Rajasthan. The plant and machinery has to be sold by the promoters in a complete lot or in parts depending upon the requirement of the buyers. However the same shall have to be mutually discussed.
• The plant and machinery is being sold on “as is where is” basis. All machines are in working condition. Factory was closed because of labour problem about 3 years back.
• There is no loan or liability of banks or financial institutions. All the assets of the company are free from any lien or encumbrances. Delivery of plant and machinery can be given immediately against payment.
