Bhandarkar
Publications was founded three
decades ago in October 1, 1975. We have published books on all topics
including the Government Rules. Our Publication list marks the achievements
of the company to date in the Marine Publications arena. Publications
like the "Maritime Law of India in International Context"
and “Commentary on Merchant Shipping Act” are our flagship
publication.
In
addition we have been associated with IMO, a UN body (formerly called
IMCO) since 1975. Since then Bhandarkar Publications has presented
nearly 300 technical papers and publications. This includes having
held seminars. The last such Seminar was held at the Grand Hotel,
Mumbai in 2001. Now in partnership with a reputed Event Management
Company, Bhandarkar Publications is going to launch a Seminar on
Transportation of Hazardous Materials.
Administration
and trade have an integral part to play in boosting competency within
the entire supply chain management.
The
seminar, a first of its kind in India, aims to discuss on creating
awareness, training, and imparting administration stance on carriage
of Hazardous Materials. Our Speakers are representatives from the
administration, the trade and guest speakers from Rotterdam and
Australia.
